Tacos: The Perfect Wedding Feast

Tacos bring joy to every celebration, and weddings are no exception!

They’re a crowd-pleaser, offering a customizable and interactive dining experience your guests will love. Whether you go for classic street-style tacos or elevate them with gourmet fillings, tacos can suit any theme or dietary preference. From tender barbacoa to classic pork carnitas to vibrant veggie options like jackfruit and black beans, the possibilities are endless. Tacos are versatile, fun, and full of flavor!

These are very traditional, tender moist and have a great flavor to them. They are braised for two days for that perfect shredded texture.

The beef is braised over two days in Mexican seasonings including a<br>combination of dried guajillo (mildly sweet and fruity) and ancho chile peppers (mildly sweet and smokey) and citrus for a beautiful shredded meat perfect for tacos.

They are simmered in Mole so have a different flavor profile and the Jackfruit is shredded. Young Jackfruit looks very much like shredded pork. It’s a great vegetarian substitute and the beans add the much need protein.

All tacos are served in a warm corn tortilla (gluten-free), our house made pickled onions, shredded cabbage for some crunch, house made Cotija (crumbly white cows milk cheeses mixed with oregano, salt, and pepper), and Pico de Gallo. Everything is made in-house including the Cotija except for the tortillas.

These toppings above are served separately and each taco is made to order so if someone does not want cheese or cabbage or what have you, they do not need to have it.
